Membership Registration Procedure

According to Article 32 of the Law No. 5174 and Article 7 of the Regulation on the Execution of the Exchange Act, those engaged in the purchase or sale of the materials involved in the listing of the Commodity Exchange must register on the commodity exchange where they are located.

Any changes in the circumstances of those who are obliged to register on the market and which are required to be registered and declared in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code shall be notified to the commodity exchange that they are registered within one month from the date of realization. The relevant commodity exchange which receives a notice of a register which is registered but not registered in legal form is obliged to inform the relevant registrar of the circumstances of those who fail to fulfill this obligation to make the necessary registry changes. The registry office is obliged to carry out the necessary procedures upon this notification.

Branches, liaison offices, factories, representative offices, warehouses, trading places and other similar units registered with the trade or trades register of natural and legal persons operating in the commodity exchange working area must also register with the commodity exchange, while they are located outside the central commodity exchange working area .
